What is your favourite thing about working at Lakemba?
I like the friendly atmosphere.
What’s your secret tip about making good coffee at the Cafe?
Make sure your milk is hot and there are no bubbles.
If you were stranded on a deserted island, who would you take with you and why?
I would take Jenny Tranh as she is a good friend and we both could do with a holiday with peace and quiet away from stress, bills and work!
What’s the best advice anyone has ever given you?
Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.
