COVID-19 UPDATE: THUR 31 MAR 2022

Effective from 00:01am on Friday 1 April 2022 all Members and visitors, regardless of their vaccination status are permitted entry to all Canterbury League Club venues.

We encourage our patrons and guests to continue with social distancing where possible.

COVID-19 UPDATE: WED 23 FEB 2022

The NSW Government has eased a number of restrictions:

  • Area capacity limits removed
  • Singing and dancing permitted
  • QR Code Check In removed
  • Masks no longer required (From Friday 25th February)

We encourage you to continue with social distancing where possible.

The requirement for members and visitors to be (double) vaccinated will continue for the time being. The Board will consider a recommendation to remove the vaccination requirement at their next meeting (March 2022).

Please note that the requirement for members and visitors to be (double) vaccinated for Covid-19 to visit any Canterbury League Club venue, will continue for the time being.

Members and Visitors will still be required to check in using the Service NSW App / QR code and will need to present acceptable vaccination evidence.

The policy will continue to be reviewed regularly (next at the end of February 2022).

Please note that the requirement for members and visitors to be (double) vaccinated for Covid-19 to visit any Canterbury League Club venue, will continue for the time being.

Members and Visitors will still be required to check in using the Service NSW App / QR code, and will need to present acceptable vaccination evidence.

Face masks are required for patrons.

A By-Law has been introduced which activates this policy. The policy will be reviewed regularly (next at the end of January 2022).

To help keep you safe during your visit:

  • all patrons must check in using the Service NSW QR code and have a copy of their Covid19 Vaccination Certificate available to show staff upon entry
  • all members and guests will be required to wear a mask except for when they are eating, drinking or outdoors
  • all customers must remain seated during their visit other than when traveling from one area to another or outdoors
  • all staff, members and guests entering our Clubs will have their temperature checked
  • anyone who is feeling unwell is requested not to visit our Clubs
  • automatic hand sanitiser stations will be readily available
  • high traffic areas have increased cleaning cycles with the use of hospital grade disinfectants
  • social distancing will be enforced with increased spacing between tables in our restaurants and players on the gaming floor
  • all staff will be wearing masks and staff in food service and delivery areas will be wearing gloves
