Fee-Free Meeting Room Now Available for Local Groups

Are you part of a group looking for a place to meet regularly? The Lakemba Club is proud to support the incredible work of local organisations by offering a free meeting room via a waived room hire community program.
Conveniently located near Lakemba train station and with easy access to street and club parking, The Lakemba’s Club Meeting Room is the perfect spot for local initiatives to come together.
“We’re proud to offer a space where local groups can connect, collaborate, and grow,” said Chris Taylor, Venue Manager at The Lakemba Club. “It can be hard for community groups to find an affordable, reliable place to meet. That’s why we’re offering our meeting room at no cost to those making a real difference locally.”
The space comfortably seats up to 30 people, includes tables and chairs, a wall-mounted TV with speaker plug-in for presentations, free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. There is an on-site café, bar and restaurant available for those needing a coffee, snacks or a meal.
“The Lakemba Club has always been a place for people to come together. Whether you’re running a neighbourhood association, support group, hobby club, or grassroots project, this initiative is just one more way we’re opening our doors to the community,” said Chris Taylor.
